Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the Explore POV app and website (collectively called the "Services") operated by Explore Immersive ("us", "we", "our").
By using the Services, you certify that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to comply with its terms. If you do not want to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, you are advised to stop using the Services accordingly. We only grant use and access of our Services to those who have accepted these terms.
Before you continue using our Services, we advise you to read our Privacy Policy regarding our user data collection. It will help you better understand our practices.
You must be at least 13 (thirteen) years of age to create your own account and use the Services. Some countries set a higher minimum digital age of consent (up to 16). Where that applies to you, that higher age governs.
If you are under 18, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, or an educational institution that has accepted this Agreement on your behalf. That adult or institution is responsible for your use of the Services and for any charges incurred.
Children under 13 may use the Services only through an account held by a parent, guardian, or a school or district acting on their behalf. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
By using the Services, you warrant that you meet these requirements and may legally adhere to this Agreement. We assume no responsibility for liabilities related to age misrepresentation.
All materials, products, and services provided through our platform are our property or the property of our licensors. You agree not to reproduce or redistribute our intellectual property in any way.
If you upload or publish content through our Services, you grant us a royalty-free and non-exclusive license to display, use, copy, transmit, and broadcast the content you upload and publish.
You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts, remove content, and cancel orders at our discretion.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy. For web-based purchases processed via Stripe, please contact us within 14 days of purchase for a refund. No refunds are provided after content has been substantially consumed.
Virtual reality experiences may cause motion sickness, disorientation, eye strain, or discomfort in some users. Please be aware of the following:
Explore Immersive is not liable for any physical discomfort, injury, or health effects arising from the use of VR headsets or our content. Use at your own risk and follow the safety guidelines provided by your headset manufacturer.
By using the Services, you agree that the laws of New Zealand, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these terms, or any dispute that might arise between us.
Any dispute related to your use of the Services or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by New Zealand courts and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
You agree to indemnify Explore Immersive and hold us harmless from any legal claims arising from your misuse of our Services.
We are not liable for any damages that may occur to you as a result of your misuse of our Services. We reserve the right to edit, modify, and change this Agreement at any time.
