Getting Started

How do I watch Explore POV?
On Apple Vision Pro, download the native app from the App Store. On Meta Quest, Pico, or Samsung Galaxy XR, simply visit explorepov.com in your headset's built-in browser - no app download required.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! We offer several free experiences you can watch without a subscription. This lets you experience the quality before subscribing to unlock the full library of 178+ experiences.
How do I sign in across devices?
Create an account or sign in using the same email address on each device. Your subscription and preferences sync automatically across all your VR headsets.

Devices & Compatibility

What devices are supported?
Explore POV works on Apple Vision Pro (native app), Meta Quest 2/3/3S/Pro, Pico 4/Neo 3, and Samsung Galaxy XR (via browser). Visit our devices page for detailed setup instructions.
Does it work on Meta Quest?
Yes! On Meta Quest, open the built-in browser and navigate to explorepov.com. No app download needed. Works on Quest 2, Quest 3, Quest 3S, and Quest Pro.
Is there a native Vision Pro app?
Yes! The Apple Vision Pro has a dedicated native app available on the App Store. It supports offline downloads and is optimized for visionOS spatial computing.
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 50 Mbps for optimal streaming quality. A stable WiFi connection works best. The player automatically adjusts quality based on your connection speed.

Content & Experiences

What resolution are the experiences?
Our experiences are mastered in up to 16K resolution (8K per eye) - the highest quality immersive video available anywhere. This means you'll see incredible detail, from individual leaves on trees to distant mountain textures.
How often is new content added?
We add new experiences weekly. Our team is constantly traveling to new destinations around the world to capture fresh content. Subscribe to our newsletter to be notified of new releases.
Can I download for offline viewing?
On Apple Vision Pro, yes - the native app supports downloading experiences for offline viewing. This is perfect for travel or areas with limited connectivity. On browser-based devices (Quest, Pico), experiences are streamed.
What countries/destinations are available?
We currently feature 178 experiences across 21 countries including New Zealand, Japan, Iceland, Italy, Norway, and more. Browse all destinations on our destinations page.
What types of experiences are there?
We offer a variety of moods: relaxing beach and forest scenes for meditation, adventurous mountain and underwater experiences, cultural explorations of temples and cities, and wildlife encounters. Filter by mood on our experiences page.

Subscription & Billing

What subscription plans are available?
We offer three plans: Monthly ($9.99/mo), 3 Month ($24.99, save 17%), and 6 Month ($44.99, save 25% - as low as $7.50/mo). All plans unlock the full library of 178+ experiences.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime. For App Store subscriptions (Vision Pro), go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. For web subscriptions, visit your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your billing period.
Can I share my subscription across devices?
Yes! Your subscription works across all supported devices. Simply sign in with the same account on each headset to access your subscription.
How do I restore purchases on a new device?
Sign in with your existing account and your subscription will be restored automatically. On Apple Vision Pro, you can also tap "Restore Purchases" in the app settings.
